Experienced, Competent, Aggressive…
Experienced, Competent, Aggressive Pricing Mr. Jang facilitated my application for Permanent Residence based on my marriage to an American Citizen. Having talked with a host of attorneys in Austin about work visas, permanent resident visas, and becoming a citizen, I must say my experience with this law office was like no other. There is a lot to say about someone who is truly dedicated to the needs of the people whom he provides a service for. Small law firms usually lack the experience, while their larger counterparts usually have you treated as another statistic. Mr Jang and his team bring to the table many years of experience that is quintessential when dealing with a huge entity like USCIS. Yet, the way this firm is run, you are treated like someone whose problems actually matter to the team. My case, I felt, was a little more complicated than usual. However, not for a single moment did I feel that Mr. Jang could not tackle it. Attention to detail is a must in their industry. Every little aspect was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. But let not the their competitive pricing fool you. For years, egotistical lawyers have driven up the price, taking advantage of those that are in need of legal advice. Mr Jang, I believe, has fought very hard to ensure that he is not labeled with that stereotype. He is very upfront with costs, listing almost everything on his website. Yet, it is crucial to note that he does not charge what someone else would working out of their garage. After all, Mr Jang’s well-oiled machine has many years of experience behind it. So, as the saying goes, you do get what you pay for, while at the same time, NOT paying too much into the egos of others. Mr Jang and his firm will continue to be my attorney of choice regardless of wherever in Texas I move to. I have no doubt about it.
